• In the event a product quantity reaches zero, we may offer a "Backorder" option.
• Choosing to purchase a backordered item allows you to secure your place in line for the next available production run, resulting in a negative inventory count in our system until fulfilled.

We appreciate your patience while we restock your favorite gear. To ensure fairness and operational stability, the following rules apply to backorders:

• Indemnity: By placing a backorder, you acknowledge that delivery timelines are estimates and subject to manufacturing or shipping delays beyond the control of Big Dick Nerds LLC. Big Dick Nerds LLC shall not be held liable for any damages or inconveniences resulting from such delays.
• Cancellation Window: Customers may request a full refund for a backordered item at any time prior to the order entering the shipping process.
• Final Sale Transition: Once a backordered item has been processed for shipment, the order is considered final and subject to our standard return policy.
• Our Commitment: If Big Dick Nerds LLC determines that a backordered item cannot be fulfilled within a reasonable timeframe (exceeding 60 days from the original order date), we reserve the right to proactively cancel the order and issue a full refund to the customer.

• Due to health and hygiene regulations, underwear products from Big Dick Nerds LLC are generally non-returnable once the packaging has been opened, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects.
